This website offers visitors the ability to view class schedules, purchase memberships, book classes, and access information related to our fitness services.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

By purchasing a class, membership, or package, you agree that:

  • You have read the full service description before making a purchase.

  • You enter into a legally binding contract when completing the checkout process.

  • Prices, class schedules, and offers are subject to change at any time.

  • All payments are processed electronically through our approved online system.

  • Prices include applicable Florida sales tax unless otherwise noted.

Additional terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are detailed in our Health Studio Membership Agreement, which forms part of these Terms when you book or purchase any service.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Health Studio Membership Agreement available on our website. In general:

  • Individual sessions may be canceled online for eligible refunds.

  • No refunds apply to discounted or packaged services.

  • Refunds for special accommodations, military members, or relocation of the facility are handled in accordance with that Agreement.

All refund requests must be made via email to istepfitnesspines@gmail.com.

5. Retention of Right to Change Offering

We may, without prior notice, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at our sole discretion. We may also change class times, locations, instructors, or availability without liability.

6. Warranties and Responsibility for Services

iStep Fitness LLC provides group fitness classes and related services designed for general fitness purposes. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

We make no medical warranties, and our services should not be considered a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

7. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All materials on this website—including logos, text, images, class descriptions, and videos—are the exclusive property of iStep Fitness LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any part of this website or its content without our prior written consent.

8. Right to Suspend or Cancel Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or our services at any time, without notice or liability, if we determine you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iStep Fitness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, injury, or property damage, arising from your use of the website or participation in services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the website or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the event.
