1. Agreement Overview

This Health Studio Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between iStep Fitness LLC (“iStep Fitness LLC,” “we,” or “our”) and the undersigned or electronic signatory (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).

By purchasing and scheduling services electronically through our website, online booking platform, or any authorized system, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2. Services Provided

iStep Fitness LLC provides step aerobics classes conducted in a group setting at the scheduled location and time selected by participants.
All sessions must be scheduled and paid for electronically through iStep Fitness LLC’s approved online system.

3. Contract and Payment Terms

Term: The duration of this agreement equals the number of sessions purchased.
Charges: All fees for classes or services are clearly listed prior to purchase.
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase for the specified number of sessions.
Payment Method: All payments are processed electronically through our approved portal.
Sales Tax: A 6% Florida sales tax applies to all purchases.
No Lifetime Memberships: This Agreement does not constitute a lifetime membership and cannot exceed 36 months.
If services are sold as session-based packages or 30-day terms, all sessions must be used within 30 days. Renewal packages may not be purchased until the previous one expires.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

A. Individual Session Purchases:
Participants may cancel individual sessions online at any time. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 1–3 calendar days to the original payment method. Processing times from financial institutions may vary and are beyond iStep Fitness’ control.

B. Discounted or Packaged Services:
No refunds are permitted for discounted or reduced-price packages. Rescheduling may be accommodated when possible, but no refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed services, no-shows, or requests made after the scheduled service time.

C. Special Accommodations:
Requests for cancellations involving special accommodations must be submitted in writing to istepfitnesspines@gmail.com no less than 14 calendar days before the scheduled service to qualify for a refund.

D. Three-Day Refund Window:
Participants may notify iStep Fitness in writing within three (3) calendar days of signing or electronically accepting this Agreement to receive a full refund for any future special accommodation services scheduled more than 30 calendar days in advance. Notifications must be sent via email to istepfitnesspines@gmail.com.

E. Military Members:
A full refund will be issued for all unrendered services upon proof of military orders that interfere with scheduled services.

F. Relocation of iStep Fitness:
If iStep Fitness relocates to a facility more than five (5) miles from the original service location, customers may request a full refund for unrendered services. Refunds will be processed to the original payment form within 14 calendar days of the request.

G. Cancellations Initiated by iStep Fitness:
In the event of inclement weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified via written or verbal communication. Written notices may be delivered by email or text message; verbal notices may occur in person or by telephone and will always be accompanied by written notification.
If iStep Fitness cancels a session, participants may reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Access and Use

All services are conducted by iStep Fitness staff at the scheduled site and during pre-determined times.
No self-entry is allowed at any iStep Fitness location outside of scheduled service times.
Participants are not permitted to use the facility outside of their scheduled sessions.
All participants must vacate the premises immediately following the conclusion of their session.
Minors must be 13 years or older and accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Non-participants are not allowed inside the facility during services.
The purchaser must be present at the time of service.
Transfer of services to another person is not permitted.

6. Changes in Ownership or Management

If iStep Fitness LLC undergoes a change in ownership, management, or location, customers will be notified in writing at least 30 calendar days in advance, when possible.
Refunds for unrendered purchased services will be honored upon customer request and processed within 14 calendar days.

7. Additional Provisions

iStep Fitness LLC does not offer lifetime memberships in compliance with Florida law.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between iStep Fitness LLC and the Customer.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
All disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Broward County, Florida.

8. Acknowledgment and Electronic Signature

By signing below or by electronically accepting this Agreement through our website, booking system, or authorized digital platform, you confirm that you:

Have read and understood all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Are legally authorized to enter into this Agreement.
Agree to be bound by this Agreement as if you had signed a paper copy.
